Positioning Accuracy
The MSl series servo drive motor uses a 23bit single-turnmulti-turn absolute encoder, with the resolution increasedby 8 times, which matches the absolute accuracy correctionfunction of the built-in encoder of the SV660 series motorand significantly improves the repeatability and absolutepositioning accuracy of the equipment.
Synchronization Period
The whole SV660 series uses the main control chip with higher performance so that the communicationand interaction capabilities are further improved. The 125 us synchronization period is supported for alloperation modes over EtherCAT, The trajectory control techniques for interpolation and cam are improved.
Synchronization Jitter
Through the fine adiustment of the EtherCAT distributed clock, the SV660N series achieves a distance of 120 mfor 300 nodes, a synchronization error of 15 ns, and a synchronization jitter of ± 20 ns. At the same time, theposition loop control is synchronized with the synchronization signal so that the multi-axis control is furtherimproved.
